Your new role will be responsible for driving an integrated digital marketing strategy and continually optimising that strategy across multiple media channels to deliver upon our purpose and positive message.


Digital Marketing Manager

The opportunity is available for you to join our team and take responsibility for Digital Marketing initiatives, which focus on engaging local communities and organisations to work together in creating pathways and support networks that enable young people to successfully transition to adulthood.

You will be responsible for the development of an integrated digital marketing strategy plan and the execution of that plan. The strategy will encompass a range of diverse target audiences, build our brand voice and establish online communities via social channels, which promote and support our initiatives.


Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a person that has a passion for developing sophisticated marketing campaigns and a flair for communicating in succinct language. You will need an understanding of all things digital, you will love to create, innovate and drive amazing digital marketing messages, keeping the audience viewpoint at the forefront at all times! You will have boundless energy and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver your plans.

You will be knowledgeable in building online social communities, multi-channel campaign development and technical execution, retargeting practices, split testing and value proposition development. You will also understand analytics in relation to marketing insights and enjoy reflecting on your success via feedback to the team.

Your marketing and execution skills will be complemented with the ability to work independently, whilst possessing great stakeholder and relationship management skills.

Finally, you will have experience in creating appropriate marketing comms with a clear understanding of cultural contexts and, where necessary, ensure consultation confirms appropriate language is incorporated within campaigns.

  • >5+ years Digital Marketing experience
  • Digital performance marketing
  • Detailed knowledge of digital media; social and online community building
  • Content marketing
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage relationships with Digital Agencies
  • Proven track record navigating through complex market environments
  • Experience in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander media or arts organisations
  • Demonstrated sound negotiating skills - with governments and potential philanthropic partners highly regarded
